Vibratory Separators



One type of machine that is Vibratory Sifter AMKCO Separators (also called a filter and circular vibration sieve) separates solid materials from solids and slurries using multi inertial vibration field. Typical applications include screening, scaling, trash filtration, de-dusting classification and de-lumping of dry bulk solids, or solid solids drying. Screeners are diameter from 460mm to 2200mm and are offered with one or more screening decks, separating particles in one to five pre-determined fractions ranging from 50mm to 37 microns.



How to Vibratory Separators



Machine Tool Tool is basically a vibration filtering machine that vibrates about its mass center. The vibration movement is made with an eccentric load on the upper and lower end of a custom-engineered heavy duty vibromotor. The upper-weight rotation creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes the material to move across the screen net to the periphery. Bottom weight serves to lift the engine, creating vibrations in vertical and tangential fields. The number of angles at which the lowest weight leads to the top weight (Lead Angle) provides variable control over the pattern and travel material on the surface of the screen.



With Lead Angle Lead, Top and Bottom eccentric weights that can be adjusted by Amkco's motion machine operators can be tailored to their specific application to maximize throughput and screening efficiency.
